Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must visit the resolution centre and contact us within 3 days from the date your shipment landed for an exchange, store credit or refund*.

* No returns will be accepted on any products that have been opened or altered from their original and brand new condition. Any chocolate / consumable items, earrings or any items personalised items.

* No returns will be accepted on any sales or clearance items.

Refunded amounts for any returns will apply only to the purchase price of the product/s.

Shipping and processing charges will NOT be refunded.

A 10% restocking fee will also apply for change of mind items.

Items must be returned, physically or via courier, to our warehouse.

Return postage costs and care packaging are the consumers responsibility and the product must have traceable shipping to ensure safe return to the store.

Once the product/s are returned and verified, refund will be applied within 5 working days via the same payment method you originally used.
